From 9:20 AM to 9:55 AM PT, our Smart Link service experienced a spike in minor DDoS activity, which caused temporary timeouts when users interacted with Smart Links via link.thanx.com. This did not impact any authentication emails, but users who received marketing emails during this period may have encountered brief request timeouts when clicking links.

The issue was mitigated quickly, and the service is now fully operational.
